Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends)
Compensation: $25/hour + Commission (Earning Potential $70K–$100K+)

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, and performance issues)
- Accurately identify and repair complex vehicle problems
- Mentor and support B- and C-level technicians when needed
- Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding findings and recommendations
- Stay current with modern vehicle technology and diagnostic procedures
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic skills, including electrical and electronic systems
- Proficiency across brakes, suspension, steering, and engine performance
- ASE Certifications or Michigan State Certifications required
(Brakes, Front-End, and Engine Performance minimum) - Willingness to attend ongoing training and improve skillset
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean background
