What the Technician Will Do

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting

  • Service Subaru, Toyota, and other Asian import vehicles (2005+ only)

  • Handle repairs ranging from maintenance to engine replacement

  • Use digital vehicle inspections through Tekmetric

  • Maintain high-quality repair standards and clear documentation

  • Participate in a team-oriented, professional shop environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Master or A-Level Automotive Technician

  • Proven flat-rate producer billing 45–55 hours per week

  • Strong diagnostic and electrical skillset

  • Experience with Asian import vehicles preferred

  • Comfortable using digital inspection and shop management software

  • Solid personal tool investment

  • Clean driving record

  • Strong communication skills and positive team attitude

Compensation

  • Hybrid flat-rate pay structure

  • A-Level technicians earn $45–$50 per flat-rate hour

  • Typical annual earnings of $110,000–$120,000

  • Performance-based pay progression

  • Additional $1 per hour for each active ASE certification

  • ASE testing and online training paid by the company
