What the Technician Will Do

Perform advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting

Service Subaru, Toyota, and other Asian import vehicles (2005+ only)

Handle repairs ranging from maintenance to engine replacement

Use digital vehicle inspections through Tekmetric

Maintain high-quality repair standards and clear documentation

Participate in a team-oriented, professional shop environment
Ideal Candidate Profile

Master or A-Level Automotive Technician

Proven flat-rate producer billing 45–55 hours per week

Strong diagnostic and electrical skillset

Experience with Asian import vehicles preferred

Comfortable using digital inspection and shop management software

Compensation

Hybrid flat-rate pay structure

A-Level technicians earn $45–$50 per flat-rate hour

Typical annual earnings of $110,000–$120,000

Performance-based pay progression

Additional $1 per hour for each active ASE certification
