A-Level Diesel Technician

Location: Santa Fe, TX
Pay: $35–$50 Flat Rate
Annual Earnings: $70,000–$100,000+ (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Heavy Duty Diesel Technician with strong electrical and diagnostic skills. This is a hands-on role for a proven tech who can hit the ground running and take ownership of their work from day one.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Heavy-duty diesel trucks and equipment

  • 90% Cummins engines, some Freightliner

  • All makes and models – drivability diagnostics and repair

  • Chassis electrical systems

  • Air brake systems

  • Advanced electrical diagnostics (must read flow charts)

What We’re Looking For

  • A-Level Diesel Technician experience

  • Strong electrical and computer diagnostic skills

  • Proven track record of productivity and quality work

  • Ability to start work immediately and complete jobs efficiently

  • Experience with Cummins engines strongly preferred

  • Comfortable working independently
