Introduction

We are seeking an experienced A or B Level Automotive Technician in DeSoto, TX, offering $35-$40 per flagged hour based on experience. This opportunity provides a stable Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, a wide variety of repair work, paid training, and a positive, team-oriented shop environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles from initial inspection through completed repair.

  • Perform general automotive repair and heavy-line work.

  • Complete thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).

  • Independently diagnose mechanical concerns and determine appropriate repairs.

  • Accurately document inspections and completed repairs using shop software.

  • Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining productivity.

  • Collaborate with fellow technicians to support an efficient, professional shop environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional automotive technician experience.

  • Ability to independently diagnose and repair vehicles.

  • Experience performing heavy-line automotive repairs.

  • Comfortable using computers and digital inspection software.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Stable work history and ability to work effectively within a team.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35-$40 per flagged hour, based on experience.
