Automotive Service Advisor
Location: Boulder, CO
Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 salary (Based on experience)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 1pm to 9pm

Position Overview
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Automotive Service Advisor who can deliver an exceptional customer experience while efficiently managing workflow in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong customer service, sales ability, and organization, and enjoys being a key part of a high-performing team.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 1pm to 9pm
- No weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Accurately write repair orders and communicate recommended services
- Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers
- Review Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and present findings clearly
- Manage estimates, approvals, and follow-ups
- Maintain clear, organized documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to sell and build trust with customers
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Experience with DVIs preferred (not required)
- Parts knowledge is a plus
