Monday thru Friday

$70k+ with Bonus Opportunities (Based on Experience)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Diesel Shop Foreman to head our diesel repair shop in Fairfield, TX. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong background in diesel repair and proven management skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years of diesel repair experience

• Must be able to turn 15 to 20 hours a week and then assist the team in their daily work

• Maintain Quality Control

• Heavy Diagnostics a plus

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to effectively manage a team and daily shop operations

• Willingness to assist with back-office responsibilities

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Able to motivate a team and uphold shop standards

• Open to learning and implementing company processes
