What You’ll Tackle (And Own Like a Boss):

  • Light & Medium Duty Diesel Trucks—think F250s, Sprinters, Transits, Duramax, Cummins, Powerstroke

  • Familiar with Sprinter Vans? Look no further! We service tons of them!

  • Gas vehicles too—we like variety and so should you

  • Diagnostics, engine rebuilds, performance issues—you’ll solve them like a wizard in a work shirt

  • Brakes, HVAC, suspension, drivetrain, emissions—the whole vehicle, bumper to bumper

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines like it’s second nature

  • Handle maintenance and repairs on diesel and gas rides without skipping a beat

  • Dive into diagnostics with the latest tech and tools—no guesswork here

  • Tweak, rebuild, and fine-tune engines and components until they hum

  • Coach junior techs and share what you know—lead like a pro

  • Turn hours efficiently and meet flat-rate goals without cutting corners

  • Work with service advisors to keep customers in the loop

  • Keep your bay clean, stocked, and ready for anything

What You Bring to the Shop:

  • 5+ years of hands-on diesel and gas repair experience (especially light/medium duty)

  • Sharp diagnostic skills and natural mechanical talent

  • You know your way around scan tools, scopes, and tech gear

  • Physically ready for the real work—this job’s not for the delicate

  • Willing to keep learning and growing (bonus points for ASE certs)

  • Team-oriented, great attitude, and not afraid to teach what you know

  • Serious pride in your work—because it shows
