Location: Elko, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $45–$65/flat rate + performance incentives
Earning Potential: $90,000–$130,000+

We are looking for a highly skilled A-Level Diesel Technician to join our team in Elko, NV. This role is ideal for a technician who excels in diagnostics, takes pride in productivity, and is looking for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs

  • Work on Cummins, Mack, and Power Stroke engines

  • Write your own estimates

  • Complete DVIs (Digital Vehicle Inspections)

  • Maintain high productivity and quality of work

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of diesel experience

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Ability to work independently and on a team

  • Willingness to learn, grow, and mentor others

  • Good communication and computer skills

  • Valid, clean driver’s license
