This well oiled automotive repair facility is on the lookout for a talented Level A Technician who knows their way around diesel engines, gas vehicles (you know, your grocery getters) and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty—while keeping things professional, of course. The right candidate brings a strong background in diesel repair, gas repairs, sharp diagnostic instincts, and the mechanical know-how to tackle everything from complex engine rebuilds to the nitty-gritty of component alignment. Bonus points for those who can juggle heavy machinery, coach up the junior techs, and still have a little fun doing it.
Pay Rate:
$35.00 – $40.00 HOURLY, plus production bonuses. Yes, they reward hustle.
What the Role Looks Like:

Diagnoses diesel engines and related systems with precision and confidence.

Performs top-notch repairs and maintenance to keep trucks and equipment running smoothly.

Uses diagnostic tools like a pro—spotting issues before they become problems.

Assembles and aligns engine components with care and accuracy.

Operates forklifts and other heavy machinery safely (and smoothly).

Soldering wires, aligning parts, transmitting signals—no problem.

Delivers consistent, high-quality work while keeping an eye on productivity targets.

Works closely with service advisors to make sure customers understand what’s being done and why.

Ability and Willingness to Mentor Level B and C Technicians—because a great tech helps the whole team get better.

Stays current on industry trends and training opportunities.

Keeps their workspace clean, safe, and well-organized—because chaos doesn’t fix trucks.

Collaborates with the rest of the team to keep projects moving and morale high.
What They’re After:

Solid experience in diesel engine repair (light and medium diesel) or a closely related field.

A deep understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Familiarity with automotive diagnostic tools and repair techniques.

Comfort with physically demanding work, including heavy lifting and machine operation.

Detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset.

Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.

ASE Certifications are a PLUS (not required), must be willing to obtain if you do not have any.
