Schedule: Monday–Friday (Weekends Off!)

Pay: $24–$28/hour + Bonuses

Experience Required: 2+ years of in-person, customer-facing experience

About the Role:This East Hartford auto shop is looking for a Front Counter Assistant to be the friendly face and reliable support at the center of their fast-paced, high-performing front office. What You’ll Do:

  • Greet and engage customers with a welcoming, can-do attitude

  • Assist the Service Advisor with daily operations and customer care

  • Manage appointment scheduling and customer intake

  • Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Adapt quickly between tasks and support multiple team needs

  • Help maintain a smooth, professional, and efficient front-of-house experience
