Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No Weekends)
Salary: $80K–$110K (DOE) | Earning Potential up to $150K

We’re a busy, locally owned, and well-established automotive shop in Reno, NV, and we’re looking for a highly motivated Lead Service Advisor to lead our team. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 – $110,000 (depending on experience)

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily shop operations and team performance

• Lead, train, and mentor staff of service advisors

• Hire new team members and drive a culture of excellence

• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and customers

• Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery

• Monitor financial performance and drive shop profitability

• Coordinate and participate in ongoing training (yours and the team’s)

• Promote a clean, organized, and safe work environment

   

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10+ years of automotive management experience

• Proven record as a service advisor

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Excellent communication skills – must be a true “people person”

• Professional, organized, and goal-driven

• Comfortable being around and interacting with people all day

• Motivated to make a difference and grow a team

• Willingness to train and develop others

• Computer and strong Math skills a must.
