A high-performing, fast-paced auto repair operation is on the hunt for a rockstar Automotive General Manager—the kind of leader who walks into a room and raises the bar without saying a word. What You’ll Be Driving:

This role is about way more than managing workflow. You’ll be the engine behind day-to-day operations, the GPS for long-term strategy, and the pit crew chief keeping both techs and service advisors aligned and firing on all cylinders.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team—no drama, no excuses

  • Drive strategic growth and hit (or crush) monthly revenue targets of $250K+

  • Make customer experience legendary—5-star reviews aren’t optional

  • Own the P&L like it’s your own business (because your bonus depends on it)

  • Oversee hiring, training, quality control, and productivity tracking

  • Keep shop morale high, the work environment positive, and the standards even higher

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years automotive repair experience leading teams 

  • Strong financial chops—budgeting, forecasting, and cost control are your jam

  • Proven success managing people, priorities, and performance

  • A cool head, a warm personality, and a get-it-done attitude

  • Tech-savvy enough to crush it in management software and Microsoft Office

  • Big picture thinker with a hands-on leadership style

The Compensation Plan:

  • Base Salary: $70,000

  • Bonus Plan: Earn 3–9% of Net Profit monthly

    • Tiers start at $215K revenue/month (3%) and top out at $350K+ (9%)

    • To qualify, the shop must hit 20% Net Profit

  • Total Earnings Potential: Up to $150K/year

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

  • No weekends

  • Flexibility required for the occasional “all hands on deck” moment

Work Conditions:

  • Office-based leadership with daily shop floor visibility

  • Expect some noise, a little grease, and a whole lot of pride

  • Occasional lifting (up to 25 lbs)—you won’t be wrenching, but you won’t be sitting still either
