We’re on the hunt for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor who knows how to deliver honest, friendly, and top-notch service. If you’re passionate about cars and customer care, we want you on our team!
Bonus (Actually, It’s a Must): You must be bilingual (English/Spanish). Many of our customers are Spanish-speaking, so your ability to communicate clearly and comfortably in both languages is essential to keeping our high level of service.
Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
You’ll be the friendly face—and knowledgeable voice—connecting customers with our talented service team. You’ll help customers understand what their vehicles need (and don’t need), all while keeping things running smoothly.
Your Daily Pit Stop Duties:

Customer Whisperer: Greet customers with a smile, listen closely to their concerns, and make them feel at home—both in English and Spanish.

Master Scheduler: Book appointments like a pro, ensuring our shop stays busy (but never chaotic).

Estimate Extraordinaire: Provide clear, accurate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance. Sales skills and tire know-how? That’s a huge plus!

Service Guru: Recommend maintenance services based on mileage, manufacturer specs, and the vehicle’s condition.

Parts Pro: Order the right parts, manage inventory, and make sure our techs have everything they need to succeed.

Communication Champ: Keep customers in the loop about their vehicle’s status, timelines, and any unexpected issues—again, strong bilingual communication is key here.

Follow-Up Fanatic: Touch base after services to ensure customer satisfaction and tackle any lingering questions.

Paperwork Perfectionist: Keep thorough, accurate records of every repair, service, and payment (bonus points if you’re tech-savvy with shop software!).
