But if you’ve got a brain full of car smarts, a knack for connecting with customers, and you can dance (figuratively, but we won’t stop you literally) between service bays and scheduling apps — we’ve got your next home.

Who We Are:

We’re a tight-knit independent shop running five busy bays, handling a fun mix of 60% Domestic (including those beefy medium-duty diesels — think Cummins, Duramax, and Powerstroke, but don’t worry, no engine overhauls), 30% Asian, and 10% Euro. We’re big on maintenance, strong on systems, and even stronger on shop culture.

Who You Are:

• A service advisor with 3-5+ years of experience

• Not afraid to talk to strangers (or regulars). Seriously!

• A team-first attitude with a self-starter mindset

• Comfortable with Tekmetric, Shop Genie, or willing to learn

• Understands the auto world inside and out — not looking for someone brand new to the biz

• Open to change and willing to learn how we roll — we’ve got systems, and we need someone who can thrive in them

• Coming from a dealer background? Awesome. Got independent shop experience too? Even better.

The Pay:

• $52,000.00 base salary, but wait there’s more… BONUS OPPORTUNITY!!
