Location: Campbellsport, WI
Experience Required: 1 to 3+ Years
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
Compensation: $24 to $27/Hourly plus Overtime
Earning Potential: $55K–$75K per year (Based on Experience)

Collision & Service Repair Shop in Campbellsport, WI is seeking a customer service focused Service Advisor.

This NAPA Auto Care facility is dedicated to quality car care and a level of service that is simply unmatched.  They are looking for a friendly, outgoing, positive person to take care of their customers.  This person must possess strong computer and telephone skills.  They also must be able to multi-task.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

  • Outstanding communication and sales skills with a dedication to superior customer service

  • Ability to calmly manage challenges and provide solutions

  • Strong computer and phone Skills

  • Must be able to order correct parts

  • Out-going personality

  • Good hygiene

  • Experience leading and coordinating with a team of technicians

  • Strong organization and multitasking abilities

  • Sales and customer service experience required

  • Detail-oriented mindset

  • Valid Driver’s License
