Automotive Service Advisor – DeKalb, IL

Full-Time | Monday to Friday | $25/hour + Commission | Potential Earnings up to $75k

We are a family-owned, team-focused automotive shop in DeKalb, IL, seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with no weekend hours, offering an excellent work-life balance and a strong emphasis on training and career growth.

What You’ll Do

• Write accurate and detailed service estimates

• Order necessary parts in a timely manner

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

• Maintain a professional and positive demeanor with every interaction

• Use computers and phone systems efficiently to manage workflows

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of automotive service writing experience

• Strong phone, computer, and customer service skills

• A positive, bubbly personality and professional appearance

• Valid driver’s license required

• Must be organized, motivated, and a team player

Compensation

• $25/hour base pay + commission

• Earning potential up to $75,000 annually
