Compensation

We offer strong earning potential based on experience and performance:

  • Experienced Service Advisor: Starting at $30/hour + commission on gross profit sales

  • Developing Service Advisor: Starting around $20/hour, with growth potential up to $30/hour based on performance and retention

Estimated Annual Earnings: $70,000–$75,000

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team in Elko, NV. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping customers feel confident about their vehicle decisions — this could be the perfect fit.

Whether you’re an experienced service writer or someone with strong hospitality or restaurant experience looking to break into the automotive industry, we’re ready to invest in the right person.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

  • 1–5 years of service writing experience preferred

  • Other automotive shop experience valued

  • Restaurant or hospitality experience is a major plus 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to handle difficult conversations calmly and professionally

  • Positive, team-first attitude

Personality matters here. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Friendly and inviting

  • Great at building rapport

  • Able to remember customers by name

  • Comfortable educating customers without being pushy

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and build long-term relationships

  • Writing estimates and ordering parts if needed

  • Educate customers about future service needs 

  • Communicate in a way that builds trust — not pressure

  • Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers

Schedule

Once fully staffed with two advisors:

  • One shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

  • One shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • Shifts may rotate weekly

  • Monday through Friday

  • No weekends
