Compensation That Grows With You
We offer strong earning potential based on experience and performance:
- Experienced Service Advisor: Starting at $30/hour + commission on gross profit sales
- Developing Service Advisor: Starting around $20/hour, with growth up to $30/hour based on performance
- Estimated Annual Earnings: $70,000–$75,000

What We’re Looking For
Experience & Skills:
- 1–5 years of service advisor experience preferred
- Automotive shop experience is a plus
- Hospitality or restaurant background? Big bonus
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Calm, professional approach to challenging conversations
- Team-first mindset

What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and build long-term relationships
- Write estimates and coordinate parts ordering
- Educate customers on current and future service needs
- Communicate clearly to build trust — not pressure
- Keep workflow moving between technicians and customers
Schedule
Once fully staffed with two advisors:
- Shift options: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Rotating shifts possible
- Monday–Friday only (No weekends!)
