Automotive Service Advisor – Join a High-Performing Team in Huntington Beach, CA!

A leading independent automotive repair and collision group in Huntington Beach is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join their dynamic team. This is a rare opportunity to step into a busy, high-performing shop that values integrity, teamwork, and exceptional customer care.

What They’re Looking For:

• 10+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor required in independent shop experience
• Management-level candidates will not be considered for this role
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and explain repair needs clearly
• Familiarity with Shopware is a plus (not required)
• Must live within a 30-minute commute of Huntington Beach

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers, document concerns, and manage the vehicle intake process
• Prioritize repairs (safety vs. maintenance) and communicate recommendations clearly
• Secure authorizations and ensure repair orders are accurate and complete
• Collaborate with technicians and parts staff to maintain efficient workflow
• Deliver transparent, trustworthy updates throughout the repair process
• Contribute to team success through strong sales and service follow-through

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $25–$40/hr + commission on personal sales and company gross profit
• On-Target Earnings: $100K–$150K
