Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Madison, WI
Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000 – $75,000/year (based on experience)

We are a family owned, celebrating our 47th year in business as an automotive repair shop.  We are seeking an experienced, professional Service Advisor with a strong background in the automotive industry. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and ready to work in a team environment, we want to hear from you!

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the automotive industry

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to estimate jobs, order parts, and sell services

  • Proficiency with computers and phone systems

  • Strong math and organizational skills

  • Professional demeanor and team-oriented attitude
