What We’re Looking For

• Strong Customer Service Skills: You genuinely enjoy helping people and problem-solving with empathy and professionalism
• Attention to Detail: You catch what others miss and take pride in accuracy, from repair orders to customer updates
• Social Media Skills: Confident using platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Google to promote services and shop culture
• Automotive Experience (preferred but not required): Familiarity with repair shop operations is a plus

Your Day to Day

• Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and via digital platforms
• Write accurate and clear repair orders
• Communicate with technicians and manage job timelines
• Provide updates and recommendations to customers throughout the repair process
• Support the shop’s online presence with creative, engaging social media content
