About the Role

Strut Daddy’s Complete Car Care is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing independent repair shop in Roxboro, NC. Our shop has grown from a 2-bay startup in 2015 to an 8-bay operation, and we’re looking for a strong advisor who can help us continue delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident with customers, strong on the phone, and able to consistently produce results at the front counter.

Responsibilities

• Consistently produce $85K+ in monthly sales

• Greet customers and manage vehicle check-ins

• Create estimates and explain recommended services

• Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone

• Schedule appointments and follow up with customers

• Work closely with technicians to keep workflow moving

Requirements

• 5+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience

• Independent shop experience preferred

• Strong phone and communication skills

• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers

• Organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable working 45–50 hours per week
