Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor
Location: St. Paul, MN
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends)
Pay: $775/week base + commission based on sales
Pay Frequency: Weekly

You’ll be the key connection between our customers and technicians—ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive service experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service

  • Write and sell service recommendations

  • Answer phones and schedule appointments

  • Create accurate repair estimates and order parts

  • Manage parts ordering, cores, and defective returns

  • Coordinate workflow and delegate tasks as needed

  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers

  • Utilize Tekmetric shop management software

  • Maintain a clean, professional, and organized workspace

Qualifications

  • 3+ years Automotive Service Advising Experience

  • Strong customer service and sales skills

  • Excellent communication (phone and in-person)

  • Ability to write estimates and sell services effectively

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and professional

  • Team player with a positive attitude

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Clean-cut, professional appearance

  • Experience with Tekmetric (preferred)

  • Valid, clean driver’s license
