Automotive Service Advisor

Location: St. Louis Park, MN 55426
Pay: $50,000 – $70,000 Base + Commission
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No weekends, ever!)
Type: Full-time

What You’ll Be Doing (a.k.a. Your Superpowers):

  • Be the Customer Whisperer: Welcome folks like they’re old friends, listen to their concerns, and make them feel taken care of.

  • Schedule Like a Pro: Set up service appointments and keep our bays humming.

  • Estimate Extraordinaire: Break down repair costs with clarity and confidence—no surprise bills here.

  • Service Guru: Recommend maintenance like a champ based on mileage, manufacturer needs, and your expert gut.

  • Parts Pro: Order what we need, when we need it. You’re the MVP between techs and suppliers.

  • Communication Ninja: Keep customers in the loop, from “just dropped it off” to “ready for pickup.”

  • Follow-Up Fanatic: Check in post-service to make sure everything went smooth and they’re smiling.

  • Organized Wizardry: Keep service records tidy and up to date using TekMetric and AutoVitals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of service advisor/writer experience

  • Know-how in TekMetric and AutoVitals (or quick to learn!)

  • Part sourcing super skills (OE and aftermarket)

  • Epic people skills and positive vibes

  • Attention to detail and team spirit

  • Tire knowledge and sales chops are a bonus!
