Automotive Service Advisor

Location: Golden Triangle Area, Mississippi
Base Pay: $800–$1,000 per week
Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000 per year
Bonus Potential: Up to $750 additional per week

About the Role

We are looking for Automotive Service Advisors with 3 years of experience who can manage workflow, drive ARO, and deliver an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume shop in the Golden Triangle Area, Mississippi.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Every other Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Write accurate repair estimates
• Communicate with customers clearly and confidently
• Order parts and coordinate workflow
• Maintain strong ARO performance
• Work closely with technicians to maximize efficiency

• Minimum 3 years Service Advisor experience
• Proven ability to hit performance metrics

Compensation Structure

• Weekly base salary
• Performance-based bonus structure
• $60K–$90K annual earning potential
