Location: Golden Triangle Area, Mississippi
Compensation: $60,000 – $90,000+ per year
Base Pay: $800–$1,000/week
Bonus Potential: Up to $750/week

Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Every other Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Write clear, accurate repair estimates
- Communicate confidently with customers and build trust
- Manage workflow and coordinate with technicians
- Order parts and keep jobs moving efficiently
- Drive ARO and hit performance targets consistently
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience
- Proven track record of hitting sales and performance metrics
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Highly organized and process-driven
- Team-oriented with a sense of urgency
