Location: Stevens Point, WI
Experience Required: 3+ Years
Schedule: Monday – Friday (No Weekends!)
Compensation: $40K Base + Commission
Earning Potential: $75K–$100K per year

What We Want in a Candidate

• 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor

• Outstanding communication and sales skills with a dedication to superior customer service

• Ability to calmly manage challenges and provide solutions

• Skilled at managing vendor and manufacturer relationships

• Experience leading and coordinating with a team of technicians

• Strong organization and multitasking abilities

• Sales and customer service experience required

• Detail-oriented mindset
