What You’ll Do
Customer Experience

Greet diesel-loving customers like they just walked into Cheers

Listen intently, ask the right questions, and make them feel like they’re in expert hands

Set clear expectations on costs, timelines, and recommendations
-
Present additional repairs with confidence, clarity, and care—this is about long-term reliability, not just quick fixes
Team Collaboration

Maintain constant communication with techs, managers, and vendors
-
Prioritize jobs based on urgency, bay availability, and customer needs
-
Order parts proactively to keep things moving

Resolve issues quickly and calmly to keep customers satisfied and work flowing
Parts & Inventory Management
-
Coordinate with vendors for quick part delivery and solid pricing
-
Manage inventory efficiently—monitor levels, track usage, and avoid shortages
-
Handle returns, cores, and everything in between with precision
-
Ensure availability of necessary parts to keep the shop productive and profitable
Automotive Knowledge

Understand diesel systems, components, and procedures

Communicate technical information clearly to both techs and customers

Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies

Commit to ongoing learning and professional development
