The space? Massive—20,000 square feet, 20 bays, 15 lifts, and a fully stocked 2,500-square-foot parts inventory.

What You’ll Do (Besides Being Awesome)

• Lead & Manage – Oversee a team of six techs and a solid Service Advisor (who just needs a little fine-tuning on parts ordering and estimate writing).
• Boost Profits – Get comfortable with financials (P&L, payroll, expenses) and keep that effective labor rate looking sharp.
• Coach & Train – Build up the team, keep morale high, and ensure the shop runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Enhance Customer Experience – Quality over price! Complete the job efficiently and accurate the first visit!
• Implement Technology for the team!

What We’re Looking For

• 3-5+ years of experience running or managing an automotive shop or service department.
• Leadership mindset – Can you manage people, processes, and problems? Great!
• POSITIVE ATTITUDE – Skills can be taught, a great attitude can’t.
• Money Motivated – If you’re looking to just coast on a salary, this isn’t for you. Bonuses are based on net profit.
• Independent Mindset – Dealership experience? Cool. Just know independent shops are a different beast—more responsibility, more variety.
