Automotive shop seeking an experienced Shop Foreman in Colorado Springs, CO! This automotive shop started with a passion for cars and a vision to help educate people on their vehicles. • Foreman, head tech and diagnostician
• Lead overall culture and feel of shop
• Oversee and manage technician employees
• Manage shop processes
• Monitor Quality Control
• Identify shop wins and challenges
• Ensure employee engagement
• Provide feedback to management and employees
• Partner with owner
• Excellent customer service
• A Tech who has desire to be in leadership position
• Mentor apprentice techs
• Monitor quality control

Candidate Requirements

• Currently ASE Certified as Master Technician
• Advanced Automotive maintenance, removal, and replacement skills
• Advanced Automotive diagnostic knowledge and skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be insurable
