Well established shop in Minot, ND is looking for an experienced Automotive Repair Shop Manager.  This shop is on the hunt of someone who knows how to drive results, have a passion for serving people and the ability to lead the team in a positive direction.

Requirements:

• 6+ years automotive management experience
• 3+ years service advisor experience
• Solid understanding of automotive repair and maintenance processes
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Business operations experience
• Proficiency in shop management software and other relevant tools
• Manage time efficiently
• Inventory control
• Possess strong communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Understands work flow
• Must understand flat rate pay
• Motivator
• Sets schedules according to the needs of the business
