B-Level Technician

  • $30/hr flat rate base
  • Earning potential: Up to $83,000/year

A-Level Technician

  • $40/hr flat rate base
  • Earning potential: Up to $104,000/year

Top technicians & Master Techs can earn even more depending on experience and productivity.

What You’ll Do

  • Accurately diagnose and repair vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance & inspections
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors & teammates
  • Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow shop procedures & quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
  • ASE certifications a plus (we reimburse!)
  • Positive attitude & willingness to learn
  • Strong communicator & team player
  • Professional, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver’s license
