An automotive shop in Randolph, MA is searching for experienced Automotive Technicians (B-Level) to join their team!

If you are a self-starter with great diagnostic skills, a high energy level, and strong focus, this shop may be the right one for you. This is a clean, well-organized shop with stable and interesting work, great pay, 5-day work weeks (no weekends!), and a family-owned and operated environment where your contribution to the team is truly valued.

What We Want:

  • Highly motivated automotive technicians

  • Leadership mentality

  • At least 7 years of experience

  • Must be comfortable working through complex issues with little to no guidance

  • Must be comfortable assisting other technicians with questions

  • DVI experience

  • Repair experience in all makes and models

  • Primary work includes brakes, exhaust, tires, and oil changes

  • Exhaust welding experience (or willingness to learn) is a positive

  • Driver’s license and clean driving record
