What We’re Looking For

Our ideal candidate is more than just a technician — they’re a problem-solver, a team player, and someone who takes pride in their work.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of automotive repair experience

• Minimum 5 years in diagnostics

• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to handle complex repairs with confidence

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Reliability and punctuality — showing up ready to work every day is non-negotiable

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional quality in every repair

• Perform diagnostic and repair services efficiently and accurately

• Collaborate with the team to manage shop workflow and exceed customer expectations
