Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a top-level diagnostic and repair professional who enjoys complex challenges, leads by example, and takes pride in delivering exceptional results.

You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a wide variety of vehicles, mentoring less experienced technicians, and helping maintain the shop’s high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a range of vehicle makes and models

  • Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues efficiently

  • Maintain organized, high-quality workmanship that meets or exceeds industry standards

  • Collaborate effectively with other technicians and service advisors

  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members

  • Stay current on automotive technology and participate in ongoing training

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive repair experience

  • Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • ASE certifications preferred (but not required)

  • Experience with electric or hybrid powertrains is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Flat rate pay: $35–$50 per hour (commensurate with experience)

  • Top technicians earn $120K+ annually
