This locally owned, consistently busy shop is a premier European specialty shop servicing BMW, Mini, and Land Rover vehicles (no diesels). We are a well-established, process-driven shop that values professionalism, efficiency, and continued growth.

We operate Monday through Friday — no weekends — and foster a strong team culture focused on performance, training, and long-term success.

Position Overview

We are seeking an A-Level BMW Technician with strong diagnostic ability and a proven track record of high-quality repairs and low comebacks.

This is an excellent opportunity for a current BMW dealership technician looking for a better work-life balance while maintaining strong earning potential.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience (BMW experience)

• Strong heavy diagnostic skills

• Proven productivity and low comeback rate

• Professional, organized, and process-driven

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Valid and clean driver’s license

• ASE or BMW Master Certification (plus)

• Desire to grow and continue training

Compensation

• $45–$55 per flat rate hour (based on experience)

• Weekly pay

• Earning potential up to $120K+
