Location: Centralia, WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35 – $45/hr (Flat Rate)
Experience Required: 8+ Years Professional Shop Experience

Position Summary

Promotive is hiring an experienced A Level Automotive Technician for a growing, customer-focused shop in Centralia, WA. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position with no weekends, offering competitive flat-rate pay and a strong, team-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs across all major vehicle systems

  • Diagnose complex drivability, electrical, and performance concerns

  • Complete brake, suspension, steering, drivetrain, and A/C system repairs

  • Conduct Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and document findings electronically

  • Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair recommendations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace

  • Uphold high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional automotive repair experience

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on diagnostic expertise

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency with scan tools and digital inspection platforms

  • ASE certifications preferred but not required

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

  • $35–$45 per hour flat rate (based on experience and certifications)
