Who They’re Looking For

This shop is on the hunt for a seasoned A-Level Diagnostic Tech who thrives on solving tricky problems and keeping cars—and customers—happy. Someone who knows their way around a scan tool and doesn’t mind racking up the billable hours. Think of it as being part technician, part detective, all-in on automotive excellence.

What Makes This a Fit:

  • 7+ years of wrench-turning, diag-chasing, all-make-and-model mastery

  • Comfortable with everything from Euro imports to daily drivers

  • ASE certification? Preferred (but not a dealbreaker)

  • Ability to diagnose or crank out hours like a champ

  • Okay working in a shop with heat but no A/C (hey, it builds character)

Pay & Perks

Compensation:

  • Flat Rate: $35–$45/hour (Depending on Experience)

  • 30-hour weekly guarantee (because life happens)

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 7:00am–5:30pm

  • Weekends off to do… literally anything else

Tools of the Trade:

  • Diagnostic gear: Autel, Autologic, IDS, Snap-On, Matco

  • Systems: Tekmetric (SMS & DVI)
