What we’re looking for:

You’re not just someone who turns wrenches. You’re a thinker, a fixer, and someone who can solve problems with precision and pride.

The Must-Haves:

  • A decade (or more) of auto repair experience, including 5+ years of solid diagnostic work.

  • Mechanical skills that make complex jobs look easy.

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean record.

  • You show up on time, every time—because that’s just who you are.

  • Willingness to keep learning and leveling up your game.

  • Good communication and a mindset that puts the customer first.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Tackling repairs with precision and pride.

  • Diagnosing problems the right way—the first time.

  • Working with a team that’s got your back to keep the shop humming.

  • Have diesel experience or not afraid to work on them? That is a HUGE PLUS!
