We’re an elite auto repair shop in Saint Charles, MO, and we’re searching for a top-of-the-line A-Level Diagnostic Technician who knows their stuff and knows how to lead. The Basics:

  • Monday through Friday (weekends are for living, not wrenching)

  • 6+ years of experience (we’re talking seasoned pro here)

  • $30–$50/hour, depending on your awesomeness

  • Production bonus incentives to sweeten the deal

Who We’re Looking For: You’re a master of diagnostics (yes, electric powertrains too) and the one everyone turns to when a repair has the rest of the team scratching their heads. You’ve got 6+ years under your belt, leadership skills that command respect without shouting, and a team-first attitude that makes you everyone’s favorite coworker. Positive? Ethical? Solution-oriented? Yep, we need all of that too.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience (you’ve been around the block)

  • Valid driver’s license and a clean record

  • Deep diagnostic expertise — from gas to electric, you know it all

  • Comfort with Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)

  • Natural leader and mentor

  • Strong communication skills

  • ASE certifications are a HUGE PLUS!
