Automotive Technician – A Level

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Flexible Start Times (8:00 AM or 9:30 AM)
Earning Potential: $70,000 – $100,000/year based on productivity
Compensation: $40 – $50/hour (Flag rate, 100% book time)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This is a great opportunity for an experienced, motivated professional looking to grow with a strong, team-oriented shop. You’ll have flexibility in your schedule and full support from ownership and management.

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of hands-on automotive experience
• Heavy diagnostic skills
• DVI (Digital Vehicle Inspection) experience
• Strong problem-solving and independent work ethic
• Computer & estimating experience 
• ASE certifications (a plus)
• Clean, valid driver’s license
• No major felonies in the past 7 years
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professional, team-player mentality
• Desire for growth, ongoing training, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide variety of vehicles
• Perform digital inspections and write clear notes for service advisors
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely, high-quality repairs
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and certification
• Perform vehicle safety inspections
• Contribute to shop success and culture
