Family-owned and operated automotive shop in Springfield, IL is seeking a Automotive Technicians to join their operation. This established, well-managed shop works on all makes and models and has consistent work for their team.

Requirements:

• Experience with all makes & models
• Must be willing to learn, develop your skills, enjoy working in a team environment, and enjoy solving automotive service challenges
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
• Proven work record
• Effective interpersonal communication skills
• Current and valid driver’s license
• Clean background check
• ASE Certification strongly preferred or willing to get
• Must be able to travel for training once a year
• Must be willing to complete ongoing training after hours
