$45.00 – $55.00 Per Hour Flat Rate (Depending on Experience)

Earn $110,000 – $140,000 Annually!

  • A Hunter alignment rack and tools that won’t make you want to throw them

  • PLENTY of cars, no shortage of car count!

  • Real hours—techs here average 40–50, with a few cranking out 70+

The Breakdown

  • Vehicle Mix: 50% Domestic, 30% Asian, 10% Euro (we’ve got a Euro guy)

  • Tools & Tech:

    • Autel scan tools

    • Mitchell 1 shop management software

    • Bolt On DVIs

If you’ve got 6+ years under your belt, know your way around timing chains, R&R engines / trans., diagnostics, and electrical puzzles—and don’t need someone breathing down your neck to get it done right—you’ll fit right in.

  • ASE certs are great, but not a dealbreaker
