$25.00 – $35.00 Hourly Pay (Depending on Experience)

This shop isn’t your average auto shop – and we’re not looking for your average tech either. We’re a full-service, family-style repair shop that’s been holding it down in Bulger, PA since 2004. We work on everything from mom’s minivan to your buddy’s Powerstroke, and we do it all with honesty, integrity, and a bit of grease under the fingernails.

Right now, we’re hunting for a sharp, motivated A or B Level Tech who knows their stuff, plays well with others, and doesn’t need their hand held every five minutes.

The Role

You’ll be diving under the hood of all makes and models – domestic (60%), Asian (30%), Euro (10%) – handling everything from maintenance to diagnostics (nothing too heavy-line). Bonus points if you know your way around a Cummins, Duramax, or Powerstroke.

This isn’t a flat-rate grind – we pay hourly, because we value your time and talent, not just the clock.

What You Bring:

  • 3-10+ years wrenching in a real shop (not just helping Uncle Joe in the driveway)

  • Solid B-level diagnostics or advanced A-level problem-solving

  • Not a wallflower – we want someone who’s confident and communicates

  • Self-starter, team player, and willing to share your knowledge

  • ASEs are a nice-to-have – we’ll even help you get them

  • Dealer tech looking for a better work/life vibe? We totally get it (the owner was one too)

 

 

Schedule:

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday – 7:00am to 5:00pm

  • Closed Wednesdays, weekends, and major holidays

Compensation:

  • A Techs: $30 – $35/hr (Depending on Experience)

  • B Techs: $25 – $35/hr (Depending on Experience)
