Automotive Technician (A or B Level)

Locations: Clearwater & Pinellas Park, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: $27–$40/hour flat rate
Hours Available: Up to 60 hours/week

We are looking for experienced A and B Level Automotive Technicians at both locations. Our shop prides itself on a supportive team culture where good people are key to our success. Our mission is simple: provide high-quality service without compromise.

Position Summary

We are seeking a solid A or B Level Automotive Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is skilled in engine and transmission R&R, diagnostics, and general repair work. You’ll work closely with a team of dedicated technicians to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform engine and transmission repairs and replacements

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle issues accurately and efficiently

  • Complete smaller automotive repair tasks as needed

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a productive work environment

  • Utilize the Tekmetric system for workflow and job tracking

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician (A/B level)

  • Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to thrive in a flat-rate system

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace new technologies

  • Open-mindedness toward company growth and evolving processes

  • A team player with solid interpersonal communication

  • No certifications required (but ongoing personal development is encouraged)

Salary

  • Flat rate pay: $27–$40/hour, depending on experience

  • Expect to flag a minimum of 40 hours/week

  • Opportunities to flag up to 60 hours/week
