A Level Technician Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience under the hood
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Master-level diagnostic skills
• Expertise in electric powertrains (EV pros, step right up!)
• Experience with agriculture equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Positive attitude, ethical work habits, and a team-player mindset
• ASE Certifications preferred, but skills matter most
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

B Level Technician Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Experience with all makes and models
• Agriculture equipment experience is a plus
• Knowledge of Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI)
• Strong ethics, a positive attitude, and great teamwork skills
• ASE Certifications preferred, but not required
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
