What We’re Looking For

We’ve got room for both A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technicians who takes pride in their craft. If you’re the kind of person who can hear a weird noise and already know what’s wrong—or just love diving into diagnostics and doing it right the first time—we want you here.

Who Fits This Role?

  • A-Level Techs – You’ve been in the game for 5+ years, can tackle tough diagnostics without breaking a sweat, and know your way around every system under the hood.

  • B-Level Techs – You’ve got 3+ solid years of experience, solid fundamentals, and you’re ready to level up your skills in a fast-paced, full-service shop.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle issues—quickly, accurately, and professionally.

  • Handle brakes, suspension, exhaust, engine performance—you know the drill.

  • Collaborate with a team that values skill and hustle just like you.

  • Keep safety and cleanliness top of mind (because nobody likes a messy bay).

What You Bring

  • A deep understanding of automotive systems (and a passion for fixing things right).

  • Experience using shop equipment like lifts, welders, diagnostic tools, etc.

  • Your own set of tools and a valid driver’s license that meets insurance guidelines.

  • Leadership ability is a big plus—if you’ve helped guide junior techs, we want to hear about it.

  • ASE certifications are awesome (and we’ll even help cover the cost).
