Location: Long Lake, MN
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00/hour (Based on Skills & Experience)
Bonuses: Make up to $42+/hour total with production & hybrid bonuses
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No Weekends!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshoot drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues

  • Carry out high-quality repairs on brakes, suspension, steering, heating/AC, and other systems

  • Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to keep vehicles safe and reliable

  • Communicate clearly with service advisors to ensure customers understand their options

  • Mentor and support junior techs as they grow their skills

  • Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-focused shop culture
