Automotive Technician (A and B Level)

Location: Golden Triangle Area, Mississippi
Compensation: $25 to $40/Hybrid Pay  (Based on Hours Produced)

Pay Structure: Commission + Guaranteed Minimum | Paid Weekly

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Position Summary

We are seeking a high-performing Automotive Technician (A or B Level) who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and wants strong earning potential without income caps. This role is ideal for a skilled diagnostic technician or an experienced producer looking to grow into advanced diagnostics. If you’re motivated, efficient, and take pride in accurate repairs, this is a performance-driven opportunity with real upside.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose and repair vehicles accurately and efficiently

  • Perform general repairs and advanced drivability diagnostics (based on level)

  • Work on domestic, Asian, Euro, and light diesel vehicles

  • Maintain productivity and quality standards

  • Contribute positively to shop culture

Performance Expectations

  • A Techs: 50–60+ flagged hours per week

  • B Techs: 40+ flagged hours per week

  • Maintain strong diagnostic accuracy and low comeback rate

Compensation

A-Level Technician

  • 5+ years heavy diagnostic experience

  • Advanced electrical and drivability capability

  • Earning potential: $70,000 – $145,000+ annually

  • Example: 70 flagged hours can produce ~$2,800/week

B-Level Technician

  • 4+ years automotive experience

  • 2–3 years diagnostic experience

  • Earning potential: $52,000 – $100,000 annually

  • Equivalent to roughly $25–$50 per hour based on efficiency

All technicians receive:

  • Guaranteed minimum weekly pay (varies by level)

  • Commission on all flagged hours

  • Weekly pay schedule

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong diagnostic ability (level-dependent)

  • Experience with modern scan tools (scope experience a plus)

  • Motivated, team-oriented mindset

  • Valid driver’s license

  • No convicted felonies (company policy)

ASE certifications encouraged — we pay for tests if you pass.
