  • B-Level: $30–$36/Flat Rate (3–5+ years)
  • A-Level: $38–$45/Flat Rate (6+ years)

We’re a busy, family-owned NAPA AutoCare Center in Wood River, IL, looking to add a strong B-Level Tech or an experienced A-Level Tech to our team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and repair drivability concerns
  • Perform bumper-to-bumper repairs on modern vehicles (1995+)
  • Handle maintenance, brakes, suspension, and repairs
  • Work on domestic and Asian vehicles
  • Use modern diagnostic tools and software
  • Support and mentor junior technicians

What We’re Looking For

B-Level Technician

  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience
  • 2+ years of diagnostic experience
  • Strong bumper-to-bumper skillset
  • Team player with a positive attitude

A-Level Technician

  • 6+ years of professional automotive experience
  • Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Strong ability to handle jobs independently start-to-finish
  • Leadership mindset; comfortable mentoring other techs
